The Chinese Community Center is a multi-ethnic organization serving all Houstonians. DePelchin Children's Center

DePelchin Children’s Center supports and sustains children and the families who care for them. Some of their programs, such as parenting classes and counseling, preserve and strengthen families. Other services, such as foster care and adoption, ensure children have the care and support they need to overcome trauma, both now and in the future. Their work is driven by their belief that all children should be part of safe, loving homes.

Disability Rights Texas

Disability Rights Texas is the protection and advocacy agency for Texans with disabilities. People with disabilities have a right to be included in all aspects of their communities. Disability Rights Texas' mission is to help people with disabilities understand and exercise their rights under the law, ensuring their full and equal participation in society.

Early Childhood Intervention Services

Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) is a statewide program within the Texas Health and Human Services Commission for families with children birth up to age 3, with developmental delays, disabilities or certain medical diagnoses that may impact development. ECI services support families as they learn how to help their children grow and learn.
